Concerning acts and services not set by the said Notary's Fee Schedule established by the State and covered by the provisions of Article 444-1 of the French Commercial Code and Annex Article 4-9. - I. 4° of Decree No. 2016-230 of 26 February 2016 relating to the fees of certain legal professionals and the interprofessional fund for access to law and justice, free fees are charged by the notary.

Nota bene :
1°) Concerning acts subject to the Notary Tariff defined by the State, the pre-tax necessarily includes the amount of duties and taxes due according to the type of act (fixed or proportional duties).
2°) Services subject to free fees give rise to the establishment of a letter of engagement and a fee agreement signed with the legal representative of the co-ownership, prior to the execution of the mission.
3°) The above elements do not include:
- the cost of the possible intervention of other professionals, such as expert surveyors
- as well as the disbursements related to the request for mandatory documents necessary for the analysis of any file or the establishment of any authentic act (example: town planning, mortgage statement, etc.).
4°) The opening of a file entails the obligatory payment of a provision on costs, in the study and constitutes an advance on disbursements.
